But all homes and customer needs are unique so we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs over the telephone. From this moment on we will guide you through every aspect of your project.
If it sounds like a home lift is a good option for you we would be delighted to come to your home to conduct a free site visit to discuss the details with you (and your builders and architects if appropriate). At this meeting, we will ensure that we specify exactly the right home lift for you and discuss any customisation or optional extras that you might like.
You’ll then receive a fully detailed specification and quote. All prices quoted exclude VAT and building works. However, please note that VAT exemptions are available for installations into new homes or lifts installed for medical reasons – visit the HMRC website or ask us for advice on this. Finance options are also available.
Once you are in a position to place your order, we will ask for your deposit. Delivery usually takes between 8 and 10 weeks and a convenient installation date will be arranged with you.
Following installation, the lift can be commissioned (declared ready for use) - and you’ll fall in love with your home all over again!
